With 20+ classes/week ranging from Foundations to HiiT, Power Hour to Tall & Toned, Kettlebells to Kickboxing, there is something for beginners and adrenaline junkies alike. Class sizes are kept small so you get individual attention or modifications, as needed.  

MGPT owner Maxine Grossman is co-founder of the Wellness Weekend. Her team of expert coaches will be on hand all weekend leading sessions, talking, and having fun!!!  

Wingate is a residential summer camp located in Sainte-Adolphe-d’Howard which is a one hour drive north of Montreal.

The camp is home to over 250 campers and staff during the summer and boasts beautiful facilities such as; indoor/outdoor basketball court, tennis courts, ball hockey rink, dance hall, lakefront with access to swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailing and much more!

Le Sandlot is Montreal’s Best Indoor Baseball Training Facility. Established in January 2019, Le Sandlot is the passion project of founder Menashi Mashaal, who after years of working in the corporate and legal world decided to refocus his career goals with emphasis on the motto of “loving what you do and doing what you love.” A father of 4, and baseball coach for 9 years to his 3 sons, he wanted to give the opportunity to baseball and softball players of all ages and all skill levels to enjoy a state-of-the-art indoor facility for the practice of their sport.

Boucherie Westmount has been a serving quality meats in the community since 2002. All their meets are free range and grass fed, with with no antibiotics, no artificial hormones. First opened and operated by a husband and wife team in 2002 until their retirement in 2016, the small shop was bought over in 2016 by Vasco Araujo, a young ambitious butcher from Portugal.

Since then Vasco has reinvested and renovated--more than doubling the size of the shop--and has introduced his speciality, portuguese grilled chicken. His mission is to offer high-quality, grass-fed meat at grocery-store prices so more families in the community can afford, experience and taste the difference.
