The Wellness Weekend brings you a diverse collection of fitness, yoga,  wellness classes and camp activities.  All classes and activities embrace every level. Take the opportunity to do what you love best or get out of your comfort zone and learn something new. If reading a book by the lake is what makes you feel great, then enjoy the view and relax.  Or if you would rather participate in some fitness classes, then enjoy the workout! Everyone is on their own path and can choose how they want to reach their state of wellness.
